From my personal experience, I know what it’s like to be a skinny guy. Myth 1. Train until you can’t train any more

There are different quotes which motivate people to push their boundaries and train beyond their limits, now whether that’s a mantra you chant to yourself while training “no pain, no gain” or that is your personal trainer screaming on top of his lungs that the only rep, which counts in the workout is the one you were unable to finish. Then you come across various training regimes which intend to encourage you to train, even through the pain.
Fact: While research has shown that this method is somewhat effective, but that does not mean you have to do that again and again until you exhaust your body. Research from the Australian Institute of Sport concluded that doing one set per exercise to failure could help, but if you’re someone who’s trying to just gain stamina and become stronger, don’t go too hard.

Myth 4. You need to lift heavy for results
